The Development Coordinator provides support for the Development Department with a focus on providing donors with exceptional customer service, timely gift processing and acknowledgements, as well as management of fundraising data and systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, a desire to fulfill a diverse range of needs across the team, and a passion for helping our donor family. The successful candidate will be able to maintain focus, operate at a high volume, and master relevant functions in Tessitura database. They will take joy in completing each day’s assigned tasks and take pride in providing exceptional support for the department.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

PAY:
This is a non-exempt hourly position working approximately 20 hours per week and compensated at a range between $18-$21/hour based on experience. As a non-exempt position, this role is eligible for overtime pay if applicable. New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range posted depending upon qualifications, years of experience in a similar role, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.
